Dr. Jay and his whole team is absolutely amazing! Long story short, Dr. Jay has given me my life back. I can finally enjoy every aspect of my life without constant pain. I injured myself over 4 years ago and no amount of regular chiropractic care, yoga, stretching or physical therapy was helping. I needed an upper cervical specialist and when searching, I came across Dr. Jay. His story spoke to me and I just knew he's in this field to help his patients. I'm beyond happy I took this leap and listened to my gut feeling about him because he is truly amazing at  what he does. He thoroughly explains everything to you and makes sure you're okay before leaving his office. I never feel rushed and I can truly say I always leave feeling wonderful each time. I drive an hour to see him and Regan (The smiling face who greets each person who enters) and it's always 1000 percent worth it. Dr Jay has not only eliminated my back and neck pain, but my posture has improved and I feel much more stable and balanced. I have much better form in strength training work outs and have seen steady progress without injury. He really cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable. Dr Jay at Revive is amazing! He is a wealth of knowledge in not only upper cervical but also functional medicine. He will always help you understand why your body is presenting with symptoms, how systems within the body are connected and functioning, and he will address the root cause to help you reach your health goals!! He corrected the misalignment in my cervical spine after over 20 years of chronic pain in my neck!! As a result, I no longer suffer from chronic tension headaches, my digestion has improved and my nervous system is so much more balanced and resilient. No other chiro or doc was able to help. When I started going to Dr. Jay, 3.5 months ago, I was feeling so terrible, I spent most of my day in bed because of pain. I had been known to say I wanted to cut my head off from time to time. Even though death would be imminent I couldn't imagine getting relief any other way. I'd tried so many avenues with the hopes of feeling better, with minimal to no results. After some time of working with Dr. Jay I realized I no longer wished to cut my head off, a delightful realization. I have appreciated Dr. Jay's care and how he has a path of rehabilitation for me. He has clearly defined what that is, something I have not had in previous care, so I understand where I am going and when it is estimated I will get there. I have received by far the best care by Dr. Jay and his staff and am so grateful I'm improving so much. I'm exercising 3 days a week now and even gardening, something I used to dream of. I have been seeing Dr. Moore for over five years. I will not go to anyone else, nor should you! His care is beyond exceptional. Dr Moore is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain the treatment plan. The adjustments are gentle yet effective, and I always get relief from my neck and back pain. I could actually write a novel on all the positive life changing care not only I have received, but my daughter, who is a college lacrosse player, but it would take me years to finish! So to sum it up, the office is clean and well-maintained, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Moore and his office are exceptional in every regard.  In choosing to work with them, I have been able to deal with a host of autoimmune health concerns and get back to where I needed to be in a realistic yet relatively short period of time. I really appreciate how thorough, patient, and caring Dr. Jay was at the consultation and follow-up appointment. I believe his expertise goes way beyond just chiropractic...
